Calgary-born and based, artist Donna Garner has been perfecting her skills in the acrylic medium for the past five years. Before discovering her passion for painting, she was a breeder of warmblood sport horses, a vocation that took her and her farm from Alberta to Kentucky, and then to Ontario. Now back in Alberta, Donna finds endless inspiration in her surroundings.

Donna’s artistic aim is to craft compositions that provoke thought and invite multiple interpretations. She hopes her paintings resonate with viewers, sparking recognition, curiosity, and emotional response.
